OK I've had jack cleaned and new battery.  All switches work fine.  There are a few people(less than half dozen) seriously interested, and I'll take offers till Monday at 3PM Pacific Time.  I'll need a bank check for price and shipping/insurance per buyer's preference and then I'll ship.  There is a current $2.5K offer on table unless person retracts it.  I'll let you know current bids daily if I can on site, otherwise by email.

Well, I am very disappointed in the way this is turning out and I apologize for being a part of it.  So much for trying to do the right thing.

Edit: Since I am no longer an interested party in this sale, I will henceforth have nothing more to say on the matter.  Good luck to all, and I still hope that at least the buyer and seller will be pleased with the outcome.

I'm sorry to all if I've handled this the wrong way.  I'm new to all of this. I thought limiting the whole thing to just this group was a good idea.  If I should do this differently at this point or just take private offers I'll do that.
People who were interested should probably just email me and let me know what you want to do and I'll stay off this site for the rest of the process unless there's some reason I shouldn't

What happened here? What's behind this breakdown of civility?
