I'd order one, but Mica doesn't have it in the quote generator yet.  
 
This would have the perfect tone to complement my current Alembics.  I am sure that it can do everything my current instruments can't!

Wow, at that price you'd think they would include drawing pin strap buttons and a black sharpie marker pen neck laminate stripe least.
 
I wonder if this is the first fretless model Alembic has released?

Alembic wimped out here!  If you really want to show off the striping of the exotic corrugated ultralight material, you really need to bookmatch the top.  It takes a steady hand to slice through the center of the top, but when you lay it open and reveal the beautiful matched striping it's all worth it.
 
Maybe THG can make some bubble wrap knobs for this to really finish it off properly!
