Hi Folks,
Well, I'm back playing again and I'm thinking about adding an SF-2 to my amp setup. I'm wondering what used SF-2s go for these days. Any info would be welcome and appreciated!

I seem to remember that when they come up, they are in the $500-600 range. I got mine for $500. Keep an eye out here, and on ebay, and be patient.

Thanks. That's what I was hoping to spend for a used SF-2. I'm borrowing a friends SF-2 and I'm going to try it out over the weekend.

Hi Donald.

As JBY has said they do tend to come up every now and then here and on eBay (I picked mine off the bay recently for that exact price range).

I think you'll find that a weekend of playing around gives you an idea of just how many tonal variations you can get from this amazing bit of kit - and the more time you have the more you'll discover. Small changes on the dials = a major change in sound!

If you do find one to buy and need a .pdf of the manual then let me know and I can send you one (one of the other club members was kind enough to send me one when I got my SF-2 so more than happy to send it on if you need it).
