For all practical purposes it is; I'm awaiting payment. If that should fail, then there is another interested party in line.

The ?lan was traded awhile back with Danno, I don't have any of those basses these days, but im looking, Im looking!

Took a while, but for all intents and purposes the bass is sold to a first time Alembic owner. And will be on it's way north early next week. Thanks for the interest and positive comments.
I would like to say that I had a chance to meet several club members via private email when discussing the bass and it's possible sale. It was an unexpected treat; some mighty fine people we have around here. Best of luck to all.
