Well... I did what I said I would never do and sold my Standard Point Series I.  It had nothing to do with the sound or looks, but the ergonomics just didn't work for me.  I'm now in the market for another Series Bass.  I would prefer a short scale, but a longer scale length will also be OK if it has a LONG upper horn (balance and the first position reach is a big deal for me).  Hit me up if you have anything.

I honestly don't have one: I'm all about value.  But I'm definitely not in the habit of over-paying for stuff.  I failed to mention... I only want a fretted 4 string.  Bells and Whistles (like LEDs) really aren't important to me.

I am waiting to receive my 74 short scale series I back from a re-fisnish. Should have it by the end of this week.  Will be listing it - it's light, fast and amazing - early green pickups

Cool... I'll be looking-out for it.  A shorty is definitely my preference (unless there is a Series Balance K floating around out there).

I have a mint 1980 Series 1, koa wood, with case, cable and power unit. Gorgeous bass with killer tone. Lemme know if you  are interested.

Curious to know what your price is for this 1980, please? I happen to like Series 1 basses from this time period.

Nice bass Russ.  However, I just sold my Standard Point for the reasons mentioned above.
