Once again for all, I did not want to blame Bill , I rather do believe a senior member of this club more then a e-bay seller,I just felt confused about the fact to see this bass almost at the same time here and at e-bay with different
major issues (the neck repair even was not mentioned at e-bay).
So, Bill I?m sorry for the misunderstanding, I should have make this more clear!

Interested in your bass. What is the weight of the bass. year, how are the frets, and neck, is action low?

It weighs just under 9 pounds, but feel lighter.
It's from 1981.
The frets are very good and the action is very low.

I sold it last week.
It's the 4th Alembic for the new owner and now his favorite.
