No,unfortunately. I'm just reporting on one I spotted on EBAY. I have a new one, but I need it for my new Series I as it is my only one. Sorry.

Try emailing the guy to make a deal.

How much are they new (sans Series bass, of course)?

This is now over $500.
Isn't a new one less?

I don't get it...it had a BIN price of $425!!! This thing is going for more than I've seen late-model F-1X/F-2B/SF-2's go for!!! How bad do you need a used power supply to pay more than a new one? It's beyond me.

Kevin; you bring up an interesting point.  If you ordered a new one, then I'm guessing there may be a waiting period, perhaps not inconsiderable.  I have no idea if they keep these in stock around the shop or how long it takes for them to make one or if there is a waiting list for one.  So if you really need a rackmount power supply now, say if you're leaving to go on your winter/spring East Coast tour next week, well then a couple hundred dollars extra might be worth it.  So if time is a consideration, perhaps a used DS-5R could indeed be worth more than a new one!

Oh, we have 'em and it does not take very long to make them. All we need is the serial number of the instrument it's destined for, just to make sure we're not selling a power supply for  a stolen bass.

I wouldn't be surprised if the winning bidder ends up hosing the seller. I've seen that happen on a lot of stuff that went for more than it reasonably should have.
