Hello,
There is another Elan (white) on eBay - looks nice. I asked owner scale length and he refered me to Alembic site. I just want to verify - were ALL Elans 34???

Paul; ask him for the serial number, then post a serial number request in the Alembic Basses & Guitars section (with serial number request in the title). Getting the build info will determine the scale length. Alternatively, ask him to measure from the nut to the 12th fret; then multiply that number by 2. That will give you the scale length. The white finish is quite striking!

Thanks Dave but he does't seem very responsive and it appears to be long scale.
