Hey, Pierre!
I've been wondering about the Toneworks unit, as well.  I'm also curious about the latest Electro-Harmonix Memory Man Deluxe.  I also noticed your beautiful Signature basses in your profile.  Any favorite control settings?  Lastly, those are beautiful reptile photographs!  I've got a 12 axolotl in an aquarium at my desk at work.  Here's his picture:  http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30131331&l=a9de38cb2e&id=1244010328

Hi Samuel, I would like to specify with pedal wah !! I need, or I want a multi effect with wah, octaver, chorus and little distortion. I have Lexicon soon but not possible to control with footswitch (MX200).
I have others reptiles to my home: european horn adder (Vipera ammodytes and Vipera latastei!), Uromastyx (Spiny-tailed lizards from Morocco) !!!
Best regards

Hi, Pierre-Yves!
I don't specially know this product, but after reading a few things about it, it might be great...
I use as multi effect the Line6 M13. It sounds good, but since it is more for guitarists, the distortions are not that good for a bass...
Hope everything is okay for you!

well, i use a ZOOM B2.1u, which has all of the most popular bass effects, has just about every effect you can think(and a tuner!!!) and it gives you the ability to change everyuthing about the effects as if it was a compact pedal and you can mix different effects together. it's decently cheap and a great POD, highly recommend it.

Tmoney, I just ask for only Boss ME 20B or Toneworks.

Then you are missing out on the Digitech BP-8. Discontinued, inexpensive used, expression pedal, real valve pre, analog compression, and all the other stuff you mention. A very cool multi-fx unit.

I am a pedal junkie, I have the Boss ME50B coupled to a Zoom B2.1u and a Behringer Bass driver.
The reason is so I can use them as
a) tone switching options
b)multi combination which cannot be attained with a single effects processor(but not to overkill the sound I might add)
The Boss unit has rotary controls which I prefer to push buttons, it is a good unit but I must admit, the Zoom has a lot more in it for less money than the Boss, the delay/echo/reverb options are huge on the Zoom and there is a harmoniser, pitch shifter, ring modulator plus a drum machine and USB connection with Cubcase VST software thrown in.
Plenty of choices out there

i have a BOSS ODB-3, BOSS CEB-3, BOSS BFB-2(flanger) running into my ZOOM and then into a Dunlop Crybaby Wah, i use my ZOOM for onstage tuning, and of course the pitch shifter/delay/reverb/echo(not that the other stuff on it isn't good). just saying, it's a really nice POD.

Hi terryC the pedal junkie !!! really funny !!! ;o)
My needs are simple: combination of octaver, wah, chorus, eventually flanger, a little of distortion... juste to modulate, create simply, really simply, the Stanley's sound. ME 50B, ME 20B ?
I have F1-X and SWR & Carvin and poweramp. I don't need some preamp or speaker model.
In fact, the ME50B seems to be the easier to use with my needs ? and it have defretter (incredible, you have a real fretless sound ??), tuner, octaver, wah etc. etc.
