Maybe one reason is because the seller sets at least two conditions:
1. Experienced ebayers with positive feedback record only.
2. Will not accept PayPal.
To my mind that's a null set.

Sounds like a real business that takes credit cards, so Paypal isn't critical for a relatively safe transaction.  Low 2000's sounds like a good deal on a signature standard in good shape.  Personally, I wouldn't go past $2500 for a standard, but others might be willing to pay a bit more.

I used reverse lookup and the phone number given actually corresponds to an address in St Pete. Mad Music and some kind of beach skate place. This one may actually be legit.
