I am not going to rest until I see a Funk Bass Guitar Hero game or something like it, or I am going to China and have a prototype built!

I concur.

Boosty's Star bass represents Funk like nothing I ever seen. Bootsy's bass is King of all Funk basses period. I was only a child in the 6th grade jamming Stretching Out. He was outrageous back in the daze, and he's still Bootsy now. I am so inspired by such an idea of Bootsy having his bass design/name licensed to make something that helps children recognize the importance of all music, including the Funk. I believe I seen a Gene Simmons Bass for a game system. WHY NOT HAVE A FUNK GAME SYSTEM. What CERTIFIED, VERIFIED RETARDS, those game makers ARE, for leaving out a 40 billion dollar industry!!!

Bootsy came from two solid bands of Funk... James Brown, and George Clinton, then if that was not enough, he leaves those bands, takes risks and came back with his bass called: The Space Bass.

I remember as a child, I was amazed by Bootsy's timing and pacing. I must had burned holes, staring at pictures of his space original Space  Bass concept. It was like looking at my favorite comic super hero, but with music. The 70's music, was the best ever!

The Funk is underground and un-televised. True love is nothing that is shown, but felt.

#12, this is not a question for me to own, make or start a business because I can't buy a product at a store.

I like organic milk, and if the particular store didn't carry my milk, this does not mean I have to raise my own organically raised cattle, or cow to be satisfied for a glass (1 glass) of milk?

Its much easier, simpler and a whole lot cheaper to speak to those who have authority for making adjustments to satisfy others and myself as customers. In fact, I support business who listens to reasoning, and those who respect ideas enough to make changes if those ideas are valid and does more good, than harm.

If the store authorities refuse to stock the kind of milk I can only drink, I'll locate a store supporting my market needs.

I am sure I would have your support #12 moving forward if you think it would be great for kids to have a variety of options. I believe Jazz and the classics should be added too if the market will support this.

Hal, there won't be a bass hero untill they do a WHO version of guitar hero, although a 'kings of funk' edition would be a really cool thing to do...whenever I deal with people thinking about playing bass, I mention that they are in demand and how much fun bass is...I play both, but I think of myself as bass player first these days...anybody playing an actual instrument is to be encouraged these days and those that play realize eventually how important real bassists are....Tony
