Wasn't this up a few months ago in PA? The seller (allegedly in Vancouver)says his BIN is 2500.

Art, I'm not sure whether you mean the one that Frank was refering to or the earlier one.

Just to make it clear. Frank's one has been removed. The sellers ears must have been burning!

Yes I did mean the auction listed above by Frank has been removed.
The older posting ended without reaching reserve three times (listed then relisted twice more).
