Hyak for bid
« on: February 01, 2008, 07:11:28 PM »
Well - I'm a bit embarrassed as I didn't think I would part with this Hyak or certainly not this soon.  My thanks to Art who initially sold it to me - it's been a pleasure to own it if just for awhile.  Great guitar - just need to boost the funds which I have mangled with numerous GAS acquisitions lately. I know some folks here may be interested - feel free to contact me.

No, that's Bill Evans.  We do look a bit alike.  Although I have not yet met him, we move in some similar circles around town.  He's a good player; and from what I've been able to make out from others, a really nice guy.  Another friend of mine plays keyboards with them, and he gave me a copy of their most recent demo, which is really nice.  You can hear some of their stuff here.
