On eBay: Fretless 4 string- Balance K body, Vermillion top/back laminates.

Like the auction says, it's not a Balance K body. It is actually the forerunner to that shape, known as (simply) Balance. It says Balance Point, but I guess it should read Balance Omega.

It also has a Hipshot D-Tuner on the E string.
