"Vantage" bass with Alembic P/U's

Bass Northwest is listing a used Vantage bass which contains two Alembic P-style pickups and a low-pass filter. Seems like the price is right.

Those were pretty well made in the day.  I'd be surprised if it weren't pretty close to the performance of a Spoiler or Persuader for a very low price.  Heck, you could probably rip out the electronics and sell them for the $399 purchase price.

the bass is really nice and its agreat price with two P-Pickuups & electronics & Filter too.
 
So, I bought it, it is already on the way to Hamburg.

Wow...neck-through design with Alembic electronics for $399.00!!!  Can't go wrong there.  With the current exchange rate, they probably owe you money.
