As far as paypal goes. I bought what turned out to be a counterfeit Frampton Les Paul off of eBay. I payed with paypal and funded my paypal account with a paypal credit card. It took about a month, but I did get my money back. I was only out about $70 to ship it back insured. The price was less than $2000.
It turned out to be a good thing. A day or two later I was able to buy a Tribute off of craigslist. I would not have been able to afford it if the Les Paul had been real. I'd have to be crazy to want the Frampton Les Paul over the Tribute.
Todd.

Today the listing was removed by Ebay. Apparently, the buyer would not pay until they saw the photos. They were never sent and now the seller is no longer registered. Scam, scam, scam.....Gratefully, no one was injured.
