If they are 70s Alembic pickups, then they won't be humbuckers but single coils, and there should also be a third item, namely the humcanceller (the middle pickup you see on nearly all Series instruments).
You need to get some pictures of what is included, since it may be incomplete and of very limited use (unless you have a vintage Alembic that needs replacements for the pickups only). If it includes the whole circuitry, 600 sounds like a splendid deal, even if it needs the upgrade to tackle the problem of modern-day HF interference.
