Hi folks,
I've got an Electrum and a Skylark and they are incredible guitars. I absolutely love these instruments and their TONE. I've spent a ton of dough in my own quest for that sound over the years I discovered another bay area luthier worth considering.
I have 2 Scott Walker guitars. An Uruora and Santa Cruz model. Scott is an incredible Luthier and is in my opinion, probably the only one whose instruments are at the level of Alembic or, dare I say, beyond. And I consider Alembic to be the cream of the crop.
I think that the musicians on this forum would really appreciate Scott's work so please check it out. I couldn't be happier between my Alembic and Walker guitars. I might even sell some Fenders and Gibsons to regain some room in my apartment... Ha!
