Looks like a scam to me or maybe a stolen bass.

My thought is that anytime an email address is in an image, it is probably a scam.
 
Also, he currently has 85 very assorted items for sale and 0 feedback as a seller. I think his account has been hijacked.

CLASSIC scam. Auction BIN terms in graphic, not auction text. ALL his auctions are like that...hijacked acct. I reported it to ebay, as should anyone else who sees that sort of thing.

Saw this last night on eBay and was going to post it here. Started writing and went back for the link and it was gone. eBay had pulled it shortly after it was originally listed. The fact that it's back today is both reassuring and troubling.
