$600.00 mbo.

???... How disrespectful .

Maybe if his painting sold he could offer more???

$2300.00 is a good deal for this bass...If I were looking for for an alembic series bass and had a limited budget to work with Id be all over it.

@ musashi
I'll have to check that out when I get home this evening.  The string spacing feels narrower than my J bass at the bridge, but I don't think it feels all that different at the nut.

Thanks for the support.

Consider the source.  Even though (as a guitarist with stubby fingers) I want a med. scale bass, if I had any money, @ $2300 this would have been gone on the 22nd.

Hey you said make an offer.

BTW, my paintings has nothing to do with my pockets, I paint for non-profit reasons, but what does this have anything to do with my offer anyway.

The kicker is, you have no vested interest for the buyer or seller...

But you would make a great studio audience member on Let's make a Deal where you could actually yell to the contestants (on the show) No deal!!!

@musashi

1 3/4 at the nut.  2 1/8 at the 24th fret.  Also, the neck is 3/4 thick at the first fret, 7/8 thick at the 12th fret. The thickness was measured with a ruler from the front edge of the fretboard because I don't have calipers, but I'm really just pointing out that the neck profile is slimmer than some other Alembics I have played, and I find it quite comfortable.
