Multi unit listing to get an alembic f-1x cheap?

i saw a wanted ad here to get a $400 F-1x - for someone willing to part out the stuff you don't want, the value is here

i just checked and those JBL's sell for over $135 each. x2 is $270.  
 
$400 for the pre (i assume F-1x).  
 
so that's $670 before the other stuff - and that orban eq could be worth something.  
 
then you got a bunch more stuff of questionable value - cv18in, 200w amp, cases.  
 
ps - i'm just assuming that's an f-1x - even better if it's an f2b

It's an F-2B.  And if they are in good shape, the F-2B and the rack alone might be worth close to what they're asking for everything.
