Didnt see this posted yet.  Sweet looking bass....Im really a 4 string guy, but this is one six stringer I wouldnt mind having...

there was a thread about this bass the last time it was on ebay a couple of weeks ago ...I also love the way it looks and I had emailed the seller to see if he would add a make a offer option  but he wouldn't budge from the rather inflated price of 4500 dollars ....you could probably custom order a new scorpion for that much

My best guess for that bass would be in the vicinity of $12K list. Find a dealer willing to order you one for $4500, and you've got a real deal.
 
$12K is based upon a Europa six with maple top and back and an extra purpleheart stringer in the neck. No option there for five stringers. Also no option for a heart omega scorpion body which is likely to be more of an increase than the Balance K heart omega that I specced.
 
Is this bass a deal at $4500? I have no opinion on the matter.

I wouldn't begin to try and troll thru the Quote Generator, but I'm with BSee.
 
PistolGrip cutaways/Scorpion shape, knob peghead, heart omega tail end, matching quilt tops and bottom, I'd be stunned if you could even get close to $4500 new for a matching bass.
 
And no, $4500 ain't cheap, but that's a whole lotta bass, and I think the price is in the ballpark, IF it's as clean and sound as it looks.
