Geoff Gould developed his graphite neck design in the mid-1970s in conjunction with Alembic. The test case was a Stanley Clarke short-scale model. They made one identical to Stanley's except graphite neck instead of wood. He tested it at a Return to Forever soundcheck and was impressed. They made less than 50 of those for Jon Entwistle, John McVie, and others -- I'm very lucky to have one. then Geoff founded Modulus Guitars.
The 12-string guitar on ebay must be one of his earliest. Definitely looks like a standard body Series.
