About a year ago or so______ I remember waking up very content ; Yes, ___ It was a good feeling and there was quite a bit of music in my head as a result. I was in New York City and I had been walking all day through the boroughs as I liked to do to soak up the local culture ,_____ and then about sunset on a nice April evening I heard some Guitars playing ,__ somewhat familiar I must add ! As I walked closer to the source of this harmonious sea of sounds I also heard a beautiful Bass Guitar also very familiar. ___ It can't be_ NO ! _____ I was finally close enough to tell which one of the many doorways the sound was emanating from and I walked in _______ and up the stairway and another flight and yet two more and then around the corner to a very large bright room where there were no walls________ There they were in a jam ; It was Jerry Garcia and Wes Montgomery and Jaco Pastorius on Bass , I just stood there in AWE ___ Jerry then started to play musical motifs as to play DARK STAR and then Jaco looked at me and smiled and asked , would you like to play? ___ This one is for you Bro , I responded sure , and Thanks ! In his hand he then handed me his well played Fender Jazz Bass and the moment his hand put the instrument into mine it went into instant metamorphosis and turned into a Series II Alembic Custom Jazz Bass . Then we started to play and all of a sudden a voice called out , Sorry I am late , Can I sit in on Drums? _______it was Jean Krupa ! Please DO ! ___ we all spoke __ Music was then played !!!!!.
