I got the opportunity to play my 6 string Epic with some Nashville pickers recently. They were playing Les Pauls, PRS , Gibson 336 custom shop, etc. They could not believe the sustain on this bass. There aren't too many around here in my part of Tennessee. I had called Gruhn's World Famous Guitars before buying this one and they said they rarely ever even saw an Alembic.
