Hey, Dave!
No, this is a one-of-a-kind instrument built by its owner, Micah, in Sizemo, . It was originally either a Steinberger or Steinberger-licensed headless guitar. Mica widened the body to accommodate the second neck, which is a Starr Labs midi controller. Those buttons on the neck feel like chicklets laid on edge.
If you notice the section that's cut away on the inside of the upper horn, that's to allow the Starr Labs neck to pivot at almost a 45 degree angle from the guitar neck. Micah is a Chapman Stick monster who two-hand taps like a maniac. He soon discovered that while having two weirdly angled necks looks cool, it's much harder to play as the hands travel up and down; he now plays it in the parallel neck configuration as shown.
Micah is the resident MacGyver I mentioned in the thread about modifying a gig bag to fit my omega balanced K MK Sig Dlx. He's outfitted his instrument with all kinds of midi switches and ribbon controllers (not visible in this pic).
Of course, Micah can give a much better explanation of his own stuff. If you want to correspond with him, let me know. I'll post some clips of how Sizemo sounds now, so you'll get an idea of what this thing can do.
