...sort of. Capt. Swing (a band composed entirely of Northern Illinois University history professors) have, after more than 5 years of playing parties, etc., scheduled their first paying gig - which if they finish according to plan will also be the release party for their 2nd CD - and they've asked me to do sound. So Sept. 17, I'll be behind the board for the first time in 5 years, and doing a bar gig for the first time in 25. If you happen to in or around DeKalb, IL, drop by O'Leary's Pub & say hi.
