Goran, to say that you have a problem sugests the neck is warped in such way that is hard to play or set it in tune. Your picture doesn't help to figure what it is going on, though. Exept for an aparent off center strings against neck lamination, this bass looks pretty normal to me.
A neck that can't be tuned would be a heavy problem, but visual alignment doesn't, simply because little changes in shot position or view angle can really mess our perception about shapes and paralels (even more if we're talking about aligning different gauge string). Lets assume if it sounds and plays good, well... it is good.
If it is a neck bow problem, you can always adjust the dual truss rods (there are some nice topics writen about that here at the club). Even if the neck is twisting along its axis you can minimize the problem adjusting both truss rods differently. And you can always ask a luthier to remake the entire fingerboard to compensate the warp, if the issue is really big. He must defret, level the wood and refret again... a expensive fix. The neck keeps warped but the fingerboard gets straight.
