Very nice to see the gloss finish on set-neck models, not many are out there.

Very nice burst!  Seller points out the finish checking where one might rest their right arm; I missed it at first.

Sometimes one rage-shops after a long, overly irritating end to an otherwise good week.  This was one of those times.

This little gem will be in my hands by next weekend's gigs.

My standard answer is to offer Congratulations & Compliments anytime someone scores a new bass. So there ya' go! I just can't remember ever rage-buying a guitar. 

I rage-sold a VW one morning. And never looked back. Fahrvergnügen. Just Google it if you're younger than 55. 

It arrived today and it does not disappoint.  Especially after a quick tune up.  It had flats of unknown origin on it and the action was higher than Snoop Dog on a lazy Sunday.  Swap the strings, intonate and lower the action to 2/32" at the 12th fret.  It practically plays itself.

Not surprisingly, the pickup screws were also not correctly installed.  I didn't take the pickups out completely, but it feels like someone installed a lot of foam underneath them.  The height screws were all the way in and doing nothing, the set screws were tight-ish but the pickups moved all over the place.  I do not understand how someone set this up and thought, "yeah, that's totally how a pickup should be on a $10,000 instrument..."  Why is this so hard for so many people.

The picture that showed the finish marks on the tummy contour grossly over-exaggerated how pronounced they are.  In most lighting conditions, the marks disappear into the finish.
