Yeah that's a cool bass. I had a similar idea a few years ago for a single pickup bass but built around the Rogue shape with an all-ash body. I always thought it would work out great with just a Volume/Filter and a big ol' AXY Fatboy pickup. If any other controls, a Q-switch, and the bass and treble boost/flat/cut switches. There's a lot to be said about doing more with less too... just plug-n-play.

Looks like a good time there.

A photo today from a festival gig with a UB40 tribute band. It;'s been a while since this bass has been on a gig. By all accounts it was a cracking gig..
I have to say when I first saw these photo's I hadn't realised how grey my hair. has got, . I'm almost Blonde.😂🤔🧐👍🏾

i'm playing a gig in a couple of weeks in an acoustic Grateful Dead duo.  We're both of a similar age.  We're calling ourselves "More Then a Touch of Grey".
