I've been thinking of the Zero Radius Fretboards and folks discouraging making them. Thinking to Entwistle, his first bass was homemade.  Could he have not known about radiused fretboards?  I never looked that closely at Goliath and didn't really remove the strings to put a strait edge on.  Probably can't do anything on the fretted neck without damaging the inlays....now that I think about it....radiusing the fretless can be done as long as the LEDs aren't damaged. Funny, after all these years and searches on the club site. No mention of the fretboard radius'. 

Funny.  I was chatting with my wife the other day about maybe driving to the Mothership to pick up the bass in person and spend a little in the Bay Area as well.  We'll wave when we drive past your place.
