Hi,
What is the process for posting pictures with the new website?

thanks

As near as I can tell, pretty much the same as the old site.  It has to be on your computer, then:

Click on "Preview"
Click on "Click or drag flies...."
Select the pic
Click "Open"

And Bob's yer uncle.

If the file is too big to post, I e-mail it to myself, selecting the faster option when I copy & paste it into the e-mail, download that version, and use it.

And if there's an easier way, I'd love to hear it.

Also, if you want to position your image within your message, use the blue icon and the "Insert" button from the pop-up dialog to do so.

I was unaware we could position them; thanks!

If I copy and paste it says I have exceed the 20000 character threshold?

My Amish side is showing.  :o

See my post #2, above, about resizing via e-mail.

Peter (who may not be Amish, but will admit to a fairly strong Luddite streak)

At the top of this page, click on Reply.

Type some text in the text box.

Click below the text box where it says "click or drag files here to attach them".

This opens file explorer in windows; I don't know what it's called on an I-pad.

Navigate to where your picture is on your I-pad.

Click on your picture and then click on Open. (Again, I don't know Apple nomenclature.)

A large thumbnail of the picture will show up below the text box.  (If it's too big, a warning message will appear instead.)

Click post.

Thanks Dave!

I must need a nap!
It clearly says "... click or drag ...".  I imagined it as being 'click and drag'.
I clicked (tapped) it and presto!
