I have an Alembic bass with midi output, but haven't found a preferable synth interface.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks. 

That could be an expensive rabbit-hole to go down. Any idea what Andy used? I guess he had a different pickup routed to that output than those piezo saddles, but it might be good intel anyway. 

Good idea. He used Bob Easton 360 System, I'll check that out.
