Excel electronics question

Hi all members.
First of all, thank you for making me feel right at home in the Club.
Here is my first tech question after joining the club yesterday.
Unless I am way out in the woods, the 5 strings Excel that was made for Daniel in 2002 does not seem to have the same electronics as when it was produced. I could not really grasp the Filter/ Q Switch combination related to tone.
 
The pots layout should be: Vol, Pan, Filter, Q Switch per this tread: http://club.alembic.com/Images/631/1001.html?1025583268  
After a bit of testing/troubleshooting, disconnecting pick ups and all, I think I got it figured out.
The bass has (neck to bridge controls): Vol, Bass, Treble and Pan. I am including a picture for reference. The last pot on the right is a stacked pot with inputs from both pickups that can only be Pan.
Since I have not seen pictures of actual controls to compare with what I have, I can only assume for now. One thing for sure, my ears are telling me that I have found the actual layout.  
Btw, this beauty sounds even better than I thought. (goosebumps...)

I'm not sure. The picture in the FTC thread is wrong for both the pickup selector switch and a Q switch that are stated, as those holes are smaller, and the original drilling is in fact all large holes. It's a mystery!
 
You have correctly identified the controls as they are mounted in the bass now.

It is really special to obtain such excellent service concerning an instrument that was produced 10 years ago. Thank you for making me feel part of the Family.
 
As the new owner, I would like to get a small change incorporated: can you provide the price for manufacturing a brass trust rod cover that would be copied from the plastic one installed on my bass.
