Thankfully, I seem to have been exempted from the bashing on my local sports team thread, but then I live in Seattle.

Seattle does have Hempfest, the Edgewater Inn (mudshark), and the Jimi Hendrix museum.  That's gotta count for something!

Corpus Delicti Rule - you can't use a person's statements against them until all elements of the crime are independently established through other evidence.  In other words, a person can't be convicted based on their confession alone, without other evidence.  Rest easy, Flax.
