I got this from a friend of mine in the Bay Area. Some previous owner pulled the frets out, and it plays beautifully and sounds even better. I have been dreaming of a bass like this for about 15 years. The icing on this cake is its appearance! I can't wait to get to know her better!

Yes (I think). You'll have to excuse my ignorance about the wood. All I really know about it is that it is beautiful, and it cost me a few bucks more because of that fact. She plays and sounds like a dream!

top: Quilted Maple
body: Maple
through body neck: 3-piece Maple, 34 long scale
fingerboard: Ebony
