Mario: Cozmik is right about the layout.Everything is on the face of this bass including the battery compartment between the two pick-ups. This bass is medium scale at 32''and weighs in around 9 pounds.

deanjohnson, in your first picture of the spider bass it looks like the spiders web is back lit. Is this just a trick of the stage lighting?
