Man; I recall when Mike (dadabass) was selling his Distillate 75% closer to me.  Doesn't seem all that long ago, but it he was asking $4499 less.

Cannot believe how clean that back is!
Mine (1981) is all torn up. Brass plate pretty much scratched up and plenty of swirls/ light gouges in the bodies back side.

I reached out to Mike via e-mail; he assures me he's doing well.  Besides his day gig at Meier, he says he is doing session work, and still plays the occasional gig with Noah Gabriel Band.
