That's been up for quite a long time. Nice price for what it is. Kind of surprised it hasn't sold. I'm thinking not a ton of people want a 6 string?

A real beauty. I had one in a walnut top but sold it on. It is a sore temptation. If it had less I would prob snatch it up. In the meantime waiting for my new 6. I truly believe that if people tried one they would find the extra strings an inspiration. When I saw Anthony Jackson with Al DiMeola, I was hooked. Alembic but me one in 87 and I 2 others they made for me as well as a Status headless 6. You just might like one if you try one. There are plenty of inexpensive models out there.

I have a flame maple Europa 6er that I've mentioned I'm willing to sell as short fingers don't allow me to tale advantage of 6 strings (Five appear to be my max.). It's been offered for $2,999 which is what I paid for it but in spite of some interest no one has flipped the switch so to speak. Both of the potentially serious inquires had second thoughts because of the neck width. I think there's a real difference in interest levels between 5 and 6 string instruments.

I agree Brian. I bought a 6 string Peavey a little over a year ago, and it's great. Primarily to help me cover some Tony Levin Stick parts in a Gabriel tribute I play bass with. It IS an inspiring and fun beast to play, but I can't really rock out on it like I can on a 4 or 5.

Every now and then I'm tempted by that high C note.... and I remember Brian's Europa 6.... and I remember that on a good day I have a few moments of bliss with a Persuader 5.

For anybody who's twitchy though, that maple one Brian has for sale is a beaut.  8)
