Can anyone ID the bass player in this Prince video?

It is not Rhonda Smith.

From what I can see she looks like Rhonda to me. The clip would have been from the One Night Alone tour where she was the bassist. There are also some pics from that tour with her hair done up the same way and the black Jazz Bass.
