My Visit to Alembic
« on: October 04, 2016, 11:05:53 AM »
Hi All,

Yesterday my wife and I were concluding our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip to Santa Rosa with a stop at Alembic.  All I can say is what a fabulous experience it was.  Mica, Susan, Ron and all of the crew were so generous with their time it was really special to see the location where all of our instruments are crafted and created.  Once I got home to Seattle, the first thing I did after unpacking was fire up my Alembic and make beautiful sounds.

Thanks again to everybody at Alembic.

Scott

Congratulations & Happy Anniversary.  ;)

I had some plans brewing to make the trip out there this year, maybe to bring home my new bass. Turned out I had to buy a new/used gig-mobile instead... priorities you know. I still hope to visit one day... California is a long hop from here, and I hate flying, but for a chance to see the shop and meet the crew.. yeah, I'd do it.  ;)

Congratulations and happy anniversary from Scotland.  We did our 25th anniversary trip to the workshop in 2012 and are currently thinking maybe a 30th anniversary visit might be in order next summer.
