Michael-

I've got one of these, and it's about the best $130 I've ever spent.

Wayne, I had one that looked just like that.  I wore it out I guess.  It did not hold up in my opinion.  The gears that make that thing fold up are plastic.  After a while when the plastic wore, it kept trying to fold up while my gear was on it.  My stuff actually took a spill more than a few times.  The wheels kept folding in. Maybe if there was some way to lock it in the open position.

Now I have one that is just a $20 luggage carrier and it is just as bad!  I will keep searching.

I bought the earlier model a while back. The bottom lip is not as deep. So far it has worked out well. You have to make sure that the whells click out with a little nudge from your foot. Might I suggest some adjustable luggage straps? The type with the steel hooks and spring loaded catches. Bungies have a bit of give in them. I used to bring my rig in and out of The Elbow Room all the time. Curbs, bumps, stairs (up and down). Lots of cursing and puffing but my gear didn't shift. BTW hated the sound guy there who blew the tweeter in my Epi 310 because he refused to take the di out of my F1X!

Soundmen!  They call themselves soundmen!  I have nothing but trouble there.  They see the 5 pin on my series basses and it startles them.  They should realize that we know what we are talking about.  They try to lump all basses and bassists in one box.  I would love to be able to work with them, show them how the basses power supply works, etc.  But they probably still won't get it.
