Dianogah.  Anybody heard 'em?  I was lent one of their CDs by a friend last night, and I really like 'em a lot.  Bass/Bass/Drums trio with some singing.  They're a Chicago band...

Absolutely! They're a solid trio for sure. I saw them in Madison, WI,  some time in the last year and a half. I see that they are coming back here in a couple of weeks, touring behind their new album, which I have yet to hear. The only recordings that I have are Millions of Brazilians and Battle Champions, preferring the former, although both are good. What CD did your friend lend to you?

I'm not sure which CD it is.  I popped it in the changer in the truck without even looking at it.  I would enjoy hearing them live.

I popped it out to look, and promptly forgot what it was.  I think As Seen From Above or something like that.  Makes me want to form a bass band!

Ah, yeah, that one I do not have. It was put out in 1997 and recorded by Steve Albini. I need to get that one and the new one. And I totally know what you mean about forming an all bass band!
