It has really been fun to watch this story unfold, and even more so now that we see what a nice guy John is.  I wish I was close enough to attend one of the meetings, and put a face to some club handles.

Hey John,

Looking forward to meeting up with you at the Nor Cal get together. I'll have my 4 with me, and I'm sure Harry will have that wonderful doubleneck with him, plus some really cool guitars that our organizer Bill brings along (I've GOT to try that 12-string this time!)

When I bought a Rickenbacker 360/12 off of ebay a few years ago (since traded - neck too narrow), I had to learn the opening riff for Tambourine man, so it could be the first thing I played on the Ric when UPS dropped it off.

Big Irv is waiting for you all.

Bill, tgo

Hey, Greg,

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot make it to Chicago. All the best luck to your sister, though  I hope we'll meet someday...

cheers, Christian

Here is something about Chicago if you are attending...

Just for a little food for thought..I am bringing with me a sketch of the new concept custom design Bass I have been toying with. I say concept because it has a new additional system device involved.
Yes it also has a name to go with it, thats all I will say for now but I will be willing to discuss it with any and all members at the Chicago show. After all, got to leave something to talk about.
When I get back I will post a photo of the Drawing for others to see. Chicago get first peek!
