Anybody knows their straps?

I'm thinking of an order.

They don't look very comfortable... maybe with some sort of padding underneath, but I don't think I could handle that after a couple of sets, with another one to go.

I tried the heartwoodes...and I'm glad I tried before I bought. They slide like crazy. Not recommended. I have an Alembic/Moody's wide strap - highly recommended.

I think the Moody straps are really nice. Alison (the owner of Moody) occasionally shows up at the Vintage Guitar Shows like the one that was in San Rafael last weekend.
Another insanely fancy strap is El Dorado (the owner of this company also shows up at the guitar shows):

They have the tooled/engraved straps and plain ones as well. The regular straps are comparable to Moody and in the same price range. The wild ones are really expensive. The hardware on these El Dorados is especially nice.
