I hope that works out for you. I was supposed to see him here (NYC) this Thursday the 12th at BB King's and he cancelled.....

Saw him a couple of months ago in Colorado. Great show! And L-O-U-D!!!! Definitely bring some hearing protection. Just sayin'. His bass rig was bigger than the house P.A. as far as I could tell!

Bootsy posted about this on his facebook page - looks like he may be switching management...

In similar funk-related management-woes news, I was horrified to learn that George Clinton had all the publishing rights to his songs taken away from him over the years. Unsung on the TV One network is one of my favorite shows, but sometimes the stories are heartbreaking...

Here's the first one, from Jan. 6:

Funkateers, here comes the 1st bad news of this year for us. We have 4 dates with our booking agent coming up next week that we just found out GOT CANCELS. ALL 4 SHOWS WERE CANCELS. I am so Sorry.
