Man! I haven't read the previous thread, but the reaction here seems a little over the top. I probably wouldn't have posted at all, except I'm American, I think my geography is decent, and my family is Native American (my great-grandmother was full-blooded, card carrying, Creek Indian - with others on both sides of my family). All of which seemed relevant given some of the other comments.
Maybe I'm missing something here. Like someone said above, you can't really control where a thread ends up. Some of the comments (like my own) may be interpreted as ridiculous, but I don't see anyone trying to be mean to one another with their posts. After all, this is an international forum, and viewpoints are going to be different from time to time. Unless I've missed something, no posts have been removed from the thread either.
