That is really sad! A trumpet tech that has worked on many of my trumpets knew him quite well . I had once aspired to take a few trumpet lessons from Mr, Gillette but I missed the bus and waited too long to sign up with him at that time when he had openings in his busy schedule. A sad day for sure . I send my sincere respect .
