« on: July 21, 2008, 11:46:42 AM »
Hi Folks,
well I have three news to share with you:
1. there is a new german bass magazine just beeing published
     named Bass Quarterly
2. I am now working for them as a freelancing author. I will
do reviews on basses, amps and effects from the next issue
on. Also I am asked to build up a vintage bass column.
3.Tears for John will get a double-sided photo feature in the
    next issue.

Many greetings from a happy Spyderman

Congrats Oliver, that's great news in more than one way! I wish you and the magazine much succes. Hopefully I'll be able to track the magazine down, but I think the chance isn't that great in The Netherlands.

well, my guess is: one is from our club member Keavin, another is from our club member Serialnumber12... but I haven't got a clue about the third

Great news, Oliver, it was a pleasure to talk to you and the guys at Fuerth Festival, I hope to be in Cologne in August, and get the first Bass Quarterly issue asap. My wife was mighty impressed when she held TFJ in her hands... boy, you helped spread the seeds, I owe you a beer or two, LOL !

all the best, to all of you,
your Christian
