The slide shows were very cool!  The movie wouldn't work.
 
You have the RS-10 w/ the expander.  Very nice!  I've looked at it along with other controllers.  That the RS-10 has inputs for only two expression pedals seems to me to be a limiting factor.  (Well, that and the fact that it's more money that I want to spend right now.)  I like the Axess Electronics FX1, and if cost were no object, I would be leaning toward it.  Just dreaming!  I really like your setup!

I'm in the process of putting together a similar set up with a Voodoolabs GCX Audio Switcher and  Ground Control.  What brand of 1/4 jacks are those?  I was planning to use George Ls, but at $5 a plug, things could get a little expensive as this thing will take in the neighborhood of 50 plugs!

Those are Neutrik 1/4 mono connectors.  I used Mogami wire (I find it a lot easier to use than  Canare).
